This Danish electro-pop trio made a name for itself via its shows in skeleton and harlequin costumes with disco-punk-house versions of Mr Oizo’s Flat Beat and Benny Benassi’s Satisfaction from their debut album WhoMadeWho. Now, after a good decade in the meantime, they’ve managed to broaden the pop genre in the direction of indie, house and disco on a foundation of electro beats, bass lines and falsetto, and to score points with Scandinavian melancholy and coolness. It all resulted in live shows along with acts such as Daft Punk, Soulwax, Hot Chip and Justice. Along with their well-known hits the band is also bringing their newest album Dreams to brut, and according to guitarist/singer Jeppe Kjellberg it promises to have a brand new energy that is sexy and funky and full of sophisticated, ravishing sounds. www.whomadewho.dk
