The disco ball keeps on turning! Andy Butler’s baby, the New York dance project Hercules and Love Affair, brings the glitter of past disco nights to brut for the first time. Butler’s penchant for ancient myths, Detroit Techno and Chicago House of the 1970s – combined with the high glam-factor of the constantly changing cast – have allowed Hercules and Love Affair to rapidly shoot to the top since their formation in 2006. Antony Hegarty, Kim Ann Foxman, Nomi Ruiz, Mark Pistel, etc. are only a few of the artists that have lent their voices to Butler’s disco revolution. For this brut gig, disco king Andy brings not only his encyclopaedic knowledge about 40 years of New York dance music, but also his newest divas as well as Belgian singer/songwriter Gustaph and Redhouane Braik alias Rouge Mary.
