Lisa Kortschak first showed the diversity of performed film scores at the 2011 imagetanz-Festival with MESHES TO MESHES. Now, with INSIGHT THE OUTSIDE, she sends the dialogue between film and musical live performance into the second round. She again invited groups to have film and music, sound and image clash as equal partners in order to challenge the perception of both the exterior world and the individual.
The trio Pendler, who even designate their music videos as the “fourth member of the band”, the Budapest artist’s collective Igor & Ivan Buharov, who are bringing crypto-anarchical super-8-films along, and Asil K alias Lisa Kortschak herself will show self-produced film and sound material as part of 30-minute performances.
