The performance duo Harder&Schultz are opening the Künstlerisches Bedarfsbüro, an office for artistic needs, in the foyer of brut im Künstlerhaus. This temporary model project, open eight hours daily, develops sustainable and ephemeral strategies for artistic care. Supported by volunteer helpers, KBB is dedicated to caring for and assisting artistic needs in Vienna, exploring grievances and providing solutions for all kinds of artists.
After five workdays, KBB provides an account of the past workweek. Where were they able to help, which gaps in demand were identified, what artistic strategies of care could be developed?
